B2K is an American boy band consisting of four members, including J-Boog, whose real name is Jarell Damonte Houston. He was born on August 11, 1985, in Compton, California. J-Boog joined the band B2K in 1998, both as a rapper and as a singer. They rose to fame in the early 2000s with hits such as "Uh Huh," "Gots Ta Be," and "Bump, Bump, Bump," featuring P. Diddy. J-Boog was known for his smooth vocals and dance skills, which helped make B2K a popular boy band in the early 2000s. After B2K disbanded in 2004, J-Boog pursued a solo career, with albums such as "Hear Me Roar" and "Backyard Boogie." He has also appeared in several movies, including "You Got Served" and "Somebody Help Me."
